ALPACAS
Alpacas are wonderful, quiet, gentle animals. Even if you are not an animal person they have a unique way of making you feel relaxed and at ease. You don’t need to pet them to enjoy them just being in their company really is enough.
So, if you would like something unique and different to make your special day even more special contact us. Our Alpacas can be involved as little, or as much as you like.
ABOUT NORFOLK ALPACAS
We purchased our first Alpacas in 2007 after falling head over heels in love! We started with 1 pregnant female and 2 young females and have slowly increased the herd from there mainly by breeding carefully from our own herd sire.
Our interest in these wonderful animals started whilst on our honeymoon. We had taken a magazine with us which featured some Alpacas which intrigued us. When we got home we attended a local show and met some and our interest grew so, we went to visit a local farm and then there was no stopping us. We made our purchase and waited patiently for our new family members to arrive. On arrival we spent weeks looking at the animals from a distance because they would not come anywhere near us. We gradually built up their trust and now they come to us rather than running away!
